Customer ID File Upload

Using this feature, you can send the campaign to customers/audience that is outside of the CareCloud database.

Open application "Campaigns & Segmentation."

Click on "Emailing" and select "Audiences" and "Customer ID file upload."

You can then name your audience and add a description.

Click on "Select a file" and upload a file in CSV format with your contacts.

Click on "Create an Audience" to finish it.
