Send Email to business unit action allows you to send email to a relevant company e-mail address.
To add the Send Email to business unit action to the workflow, click on the "Send Email to business unit" icon.
To set the parameters, click on the node.
The settings window will appear.
Select the email template.
You can add an attachment.
Choose the type of company email address, which changes based on the customer account processed by workflow, e.g., Favourite Business Unit.
To choose a fixed email address, click on Entered Email Address and fill in the desired address.
When everything is set, click on the "Confirm" button.
To test the email template, click on the "Send Preview" button.
