PUSH Notification Testing

The testing button allows you to preview how the PUSH Notification will appear before sending it to the audience.

Click on the testing button.

"Send PUSH test message" window will appear.

Fill in your phone number. The PUSH Notification will be sent to your phone number to show you how it looks.

Choose a customer from the Customer 360 View application and fill in the relevant customer ID to test the personalization of PUSH Notification content.

To send the testing PUSH Notification, click on the button "Send".
