GDPR Rights of the Data Subject
CDP & CRM CareCloud provides options to execute four fundamental GDPR rights of the customers quickly. These rights are the Right to the information, the Right to erasure, the Right to the restriction of processing, and the Right to data portability.
The widget GDPR Rights of the Data Subject enables the execution of fundamental GDPR rights. The widget is on the "Customer profile" tab.
There are four options of rights - the Right to the information, the Right to erasure, the Right to restriction of processing, and the Right to data portability.
Right to the information
To execute the Right to the information, click on the "Create and download pdf document" icon. The system will automatically generate a pdf document with all the data from the customer account.
Right to erasure
Right to erasure is an irreversible action, so please consider it twice before performing it. To erase the customer account, click on the "Erase contact and personal data" icon.
Click on the "OK" button to confirm the action.
Right to the restriction of processing
If the customer wants to restrict the processing of the customer's data, click on the "Pseudonymize personal data" icon on the GDPR Rights of the Data Subject widget.
Click on the "OK" button to confirm the action.
By this action, the personal data on the customer account are pseudonymized. Therefore the processing is restricted. When possible, to process the data again, click on the "Depseudonymize personal data" icon.
Click on the "OK" button, to confirm the action.
Right to the data portability
The system can structure the personal data to an XML file. Click on the "Create and download XML file" icon.
By this action, an XML file will begin to download.
