Create a Rewards points groups

Rewards points groups are an important tool for creating a structure for Rewards point types. Be sure to create all relevant groups before creating points types.
Click on "Rewards points groups" in the menu.
A list of Rewards points groups appears.
In the header of the table, click on the "Plus" icon.
"Create a New Rewards Points Group" table will appear.
Fill in the name of rewards points type and confirm with the save button.
You can check whether this is a system setting. If you check it, you cannot simply delete the item in Carecloud. It's used for important things that could throw off a loyalty program or automated scenarios, for example.
When everything is set, click the "Save" button.
