Setting the Operators

Click on the "Add New Node" icon to set the operators.

A window with all nodes will appear. Operators are Waiting, Waiting from event start, Condition, Waiting for time range, AB Test split, Split contacts, Split by date, and Loop.

Waiting

Operator Waiting enables you to adjust the timing of a specific branch of the workflow. Click here to learn how to set this type of operator.

Waiting from Event Start

Operator Waiting from Event Start enables to adjustment of the timing of a specific branch of the workflow. Unlike the Waiting operator, the waiting period depends on the creation time of the workflow trigger. Click here to learn how to set this type of operator.

Waiting for Time Range

This operator enables to setting more advanced continuation of the workflow. If the node in the workflow contains this operator, the passage of the branch is allowed on selected days of the week and hours of the date. Click here to learn how to set this type of operator.

Condition

Condition enables branching of workflow that depends on user-set attributes. Attributes can be combined by using logical expressions or negated. Click here to learn how to set this type of operator.

AB Test Split

AB test enables to split of the contacts that pass through the workflow in percentages. Click here to learn how to set this type of operator.

Split Contacts

Split by contacts enables to split of the workflow according to a specific number of customers. Click here to learn how to set this type of operator.

Split by Date

Split by date enables to split the workflow according to specific dates. Click here to learn how to set this type of operator.

Loop
