Customer Property Condition

Click on the "Add Customer Property Condition" option.

Choose an attribute that you want to condition on. Many options are available - from the name, address, and contact details to the segment or date of birth.

Select the operator. The list of operators is dependent on the type of selected attribute.

Insert a value or choose from values - according to the attribute type.

This is an example of a customer property type of condition. Only customers with birthdays within the following seven days will continue in the workflow.
