Split Contacts

The Split contacts operator enables defining the required number of contacts for outputs A and B. To add a Split contacts operator to the workflow, click on the "Split Contacts" icon.


To set the parameters, click on the node.


The settings window will appear.

Insert the name of the node.


Set the number of customers that will pass through outputs A and B. The rest of the customers will pass through output DEFAULT.

When everything is set, click on the "Confirm" button.

Continue processing the scenario on outputs A, B, or DEFAULT.
