An overview of tasks related to a customer account is available on the "Tasks" tab. In the customer account, they are grouped by task types that are created in the Loyalty & Administration. Each type has its own widget.

The widget displays information about the task ID, task summary, status, due date, and assigned user – the user responsible for the task.

To display all tasks of one type, click “Task overview” on the widget.

“Task overview “ will be displayed. For each task, you can view information such as the task ID, task summary, due date, assigned user, task status and priority, creation date, user who created the task, last update date, user who updated the task, and the number of comments.
