Overview of tasks regarding the Customer account is on the "Tasks" tab. Tasks on the Customer account are grouped according to task types that are created in Loyalty & Administration application. Each type has its own widget.
On the widget, there is information about Task ID, Summary of the task, Task status, Due date and Assignee - user that is responsible for the task.
To see all tasks of one type, click on the "Tasks overview" at each widget.
Overview of all tasks will appear. At each task, there is information about Task ID, Summary of the task, Due date, Assignee, Task status, Priority of the task, Creation date, User that created the task, Date of last update, User that updated the task and Number of comments.
To edit a specific task, click on the "Edit" icon in the Actions column in the "Tasks overview" table.
