Optimization of Email Sending Time

Email send time optimization allows you to send email campaigns at the time when a specific customer is most likely to open. The system uses customer behavior and previous interactions to determine the best time to send them.

If you enable optimization when setting up a campaign, CareCloud will not set a single fixed sending time for all recipients, but will spread the sending of emails over time according to the expected preferences of customers.

When creating an email campaign, you can choose whether to use send time optimization.
On – emails will be sent sequentially at an optimized time for each customer. For this reason, it may take up to 24 hours for the entire campaign to be sent.
Off – emails will be sent at one specific time that you set

Send time optimization is particularly suitable for: newsletters and regular communications, campaigns aimed at increasing open rates and readership, large customer databases with different behaviors.

On the other hand, it is not recommended for time-critical campaigns (e.g. short-term events with a precise launch time).

For each customer, you can view their recommended sending time on the customer profile in the Additional data tab.
