Create a new card type

Want to create a new card type? Let´s say a new type of cards only for your Gold customers and another for your Silver customers? It's easy with the CareCloud platform.

Open application "Loyalty & Administration".

Choose the "Card types list" in the left column.

The "Card types list" table will appear.

In the header of the table, click on the "Add a card type" icon.

"Create a new card type" table will appear.

Fill in the name of the card.

Indicate whether you want to assign new cards sorted. If yes, assign cards sorted by card number in ascending order, i.e. the lowest numbered card first.

When everything is set, click the "Save" button.
